Funko’s Retro Video Games Mystery Minis series is a compact crossover of arcade-era licenses rather than a set devoted to one game. The Cardboard Connection dates the series to March 2017 and places the figures at approximately 2.5 inches tall. A contemporary hands-on review from The Fwoosh reports that a 12-box case contained one of each character with no duplicates. That is useful case-level context, but it should not be turned into a promise for every loose box or repacked assortment.
What is known about rarity
No printed pull ratios are visible on the photographed Frogger package, and The Cardboard Connection likewise reported that specific odds were not available. Without package odds or a manufacturer rarity statement, there is not enough evidence to label any character as short-packed. The one-per-character case report suggests an even case reviewed at the time, but a single contemporary case configuration is not a universal production guarantee.
For collectors, the safest way to evaluate a sealed example is therefore by the exact cabinet art and physical condition rather than by an unsupported rarity claim. If you are pursuing the complete lineup, verify whether a seller is offering one loose box, an original case, or an assembled set; those are materially different purchases.

The arcade-cabinet silhouette gives this package more projecting edges than a simple cube. In the supplied photos, the front graphics remain vivid, but there is visible edge rubbing, light scuffing, surface creasing, and mild corner compression. The clear outer surface also produces wrinkles and glare. Collectors who display the carton should inspect the sloped marquee, the lower control-deck edge, the back character panel, and the base corners closely. Those areas do the most visual work and are also natural wear points.
Opened collectors get a cheerful cross-license snapshot of 1980s gaming; boxed collectors get an unusually displayable miniature Frogger cabinet. Either way, the strongest appeal is the series-specific packaging and the broad arcade lineup—not a rarity story that the surviving evidence cannot support.
